Cheri Paige Fogleman is a celebrity trainer and group fitness instructor whose career has spanned over two decades. She breathes life into cardio-sculpt, flexibility and core classes. Mountain climbers, dancers, triathletes, marathoners, skiers, tennis and golf players, post-rehab clients, pre/post-natal moms, clients with a focus toward weight-loss, and especially clients new to exercise, who are interested in better health and well being have all seen progress with Cheri's coaching. She was one of the first trainers in the world to teach live workouts online through Daily Burn 365 and her audio running podcasts are available through Run by Daily Burn.

A professional modern dancer in NY for 10 years, Cheri has studied ballet, yoga, Alexander Technique, Pilates, boxing, and trapeze, speed and agility training, endurance training, training adolescents, training special populations, and holds a BFA in Contemporary Dance from the UNC School of the Arts. She is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is Pre- and Post-Natal certified through Maternal Fitness, has completed MAT Jumpstart study in Lowerbody, Upperbody, and Trunk and Spine and is a Behavioral Change Specialist, certified through NASM. She most recently received her Running Coach certification through RRCA.

Both her skills as the varsity coxswain of the inaugural Woman’s Varsity Rowing team at UNC Chapel Hill and her over 20-year passion for running (beginning as a high school cross country freshman) merged when Cheri began teaching TRED Class at NYC’s CLAY Health Club over a decade ago (described as a spin class on the treadmills). She’s been seen running countless road races, half marathons and marathons: NYC, Paris and Philadelphia Marathon (to name a few) as a Boston-qualifier, often at the side of a triumphant client. Extensive study in Speed and Agility, Cardio Performance and trial and error in her own training have now made Cheri a running coach (through RRCA) and has helped people all over the world discover running and run to their potential. Her running workout podcasts can be heard on Daily Burn.

SHE GOT SOME FANCY PRAISE FROM the Director of Fitness+ at Apple:

"I have known Cheri for over 10 years and find her the consummate fitness professional. Her knowledge of the human body and it's potential for movement, understanding of the need to create modifications and variations for each individual and attention to detail as a teacher as well as a human being is ingrained in all her teaching and interactions. Her rapport with clients is magical! She can sense what they need - whether to be pushed or to be supported - and this makes her that unique trainer and coach that gets the best out of each and everyone one of her students." - Lisa Wheeler
